Statewide criminal searches are available in 43 states. Statewide criminal searches provide a statewide search for both misdemeanors and felonies for a specific individual. Statewide searches are beneficial but are only as accurate as the counties that report. Not all counties report to the state agency in a timely manner.

Sexual Offense Reports are now available through a specific database for all states.
